Equality, diversity & inclusion policy

Equality, diversity, and inclusion are a core part of the Nail Centre’s culture.

We recognise that there are both seen and unseen differences in us all, and we value these differences so that each person is treated and valued as a unique individual.

Anyone visiting our premises is treated equitably irrespective of (including but not restricted to) age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, race, religion/belief, sex, sexual orientation, or socio-economic background.

Accordingly, the expectation is that all visitors, customers, etc. take responsibility for their own compliance with this ethos.  Everyone has the right to be themselves, feel respected, have a positive experience and be able to give their best.  If a barrier to participation is identified, as far as possible and practical, adjustments will be made to reduce or remove those barriers.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or victimisation in any of their forms have no place on our premises and will not be tolerated.

The ultimate accountability to create and maintain a culture of inclusivity rests with the Nail Centre management, however it is the responsibility of everyone on our premises to ensure this policy is upheld.
