Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention & Control Policy

My priority is to keep everyone as safe as possible. During the time the school has been closed I have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd.

If I feel ill, or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, I will self-isolate immediately.  If this means that I will have to postpone your course you will be offered alternative course dates.

If you, or any of the people you live with, feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 please advise me as soon as possible and PLEASE DO NOT attend for your course.

Symptoms of possible COVID-19 infection are;

      new continuous cough and/or

      high temperature and/or

changes or loss in your sense of taste or smell and/or

      headache and/or

If you live with anyone who is sick or quarantined or, if you have been around anyone who has had the above symptoms within the past 14 days, please advise me as soon as possible and PLEASE DO NOT attend for your course.

If you cannot attend your course due to COVID-19 restrictions you will be offered alternative course dates and your deposit will be transferred.

When you get here

Upon arrival for your course please wait outside until you are asked to come in. This is for your safety and to maintain social distancing.

Please wear a face covering.

Following check in you will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands. You will then be taken through to the training room.

You will not be allowed to take any personal items into the training room.

Visors are not required UNLESS you are working on a live model.

Whilst you are here

Wherever possible you will be using single use items which will be disposed of safely after each course in order to protect you from cross infection.

All tools and equipment will be disinfected at the end of your course.

All towels used in the school are washed at 60 degrees C

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine.

I will continue to follow, and implement, Government and NHS guidelines to ensure safe working practices.

Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to working with you.
